In Del Norte County, nearly 4 million pounds of food go into the landfill each year.

Meanwhile, 17% of adults and 24% of our kids are food insecure.

Since October 2019, we've rescued and served over 40,000 lbs of food to our Del Norte neighbors.

We use a community network dedicated to food rescue to connect healthy, edible food that would otherwise be wasted with those who need it.
